Oscar Fashion: Diane Kruger

Looks very similar to the dress Miley wore at the Hannah Montana Movie Premiere in France-->
Chanel----> ouchh. this is not flattering, the collar neck makes her head look small and the mid section ruffles make me uncomfortable.
